Regarding connection

I want to buy a new gas connection. When I call them for a connection they did not' tell or provide me any specification just make the bill and didn't mention
Anything and charge me extra when I ask them about the charges then they specify and talk very rudely and unprofessiona language it's very bad experience
For me.. No staff will talk lyk this with there consumer's they didn't provide me proper bill also
