Cyilnder delivery and less Gas

Hi,
We have booked the cylinder on 3rd July but still we didn't received the cylinder.
Every time when we booked the cylinder we didn't received it on time. We need to call them daily basis and every time they are giving reasons. We need to book and we need to take follow up also. If we didn't take follow up they didn't not have worried.They are behaving like the need is only ours. They didn't come to home also for delivery. we need to in chok. But for Bharat gas and HP gas they are giving home delivery. As our neighbours has these agencies. Also the gas is very less in cylinder as it valid only for 15 days. They are giving the less gas in cylinder.
