Delay in delivery and harrassment

Sir,
I have booked my cylinder on dated 06 jul 2020 while I have not received my booked cylinder till date and time.
I have call to distributer many times but not responding, and when recieve call then saying you will not get cylinder.
It is requested to do needful ASAP and take necessary action against this.
