Not delivering the cylinder on the time also giving the cylinder less weight of actual weight

I, achal singh booked the cylinder on 08-02-2021 but delivering the cylinder today and i got the messege of cylinder deliver on 10-02-2021. It means deliveryman deliver the cylinder somewhere.
It's too late. We have also noticed that deliver boy giving the cylinder less weight actual cylinder weight. It's done so many times. I'm attaching the screen shot of delivery massage.
