Not received the refund of cancelled LPG

I paid for two bookings and canceled on 18 January 2021 in the Indane app it shows that I received the refund but it's going to be a month since I received my refund. I also contacted the dealer, and share the transaction id, but he is also not responding neither pick up the call.
