I have booked a cyclinder on 3rd Jan 19. I have visited twice to agency to get update on cyclinder delivery and they have told me that cylinder will be deliver on next day but it is not delivered yet. Today also I have visited the agency to know when cyclinder will be deliver on tomorrow i.e. 12th Jan 19. As I reach to home after 30 minutes I got a mail that your cash memo is cancelled. Reason Door was closed. My wife is house wife and she was at home only. Why this people thinking that they are the owner of Indane company and taking revenge by doing this type ridiculous action. Is this customer service provider by GAS agency. They should have some sense that their agency in a city not in village. Have some manners.
