Cancelling the refill order complain to DivyaSai Bharat Gas Agency

I booked an order on 1st January, reference no: 83494. It was cancelled on 12th January by the Agency giving reason " Customer Out of station" without my knowledge or concern. We are very much available at home and we neither received a call nor any executive visited our house. This is turning very absurd.
I made repeated complaints in return I get a reply that issue has been resolved without giving me a reply to my complaint or atleast contacting me. I need an action against these liars and corrupt officials.
