Complaint regarding non-answering of telephones, M/s. Sri Kanakadurga Gas Service, Guntur

Dear Sirs,

My boy Mr.Gudipudi Ganesh Aditya is having an LPG connection bearing No. CX-7278710 and I booked a refill on 26-12-2017 vide booking No.494816 for which, I have a received an SMS on 27-12-2017 stating that Cash memo No. 3000105070 for Rs.768/- was generated and it will soon be delivered. But, on 29th ultimo, I received an SMS stating that refill booking No.494816 stands cancelled and delivery may be reattempted shortly. To know the status, for the past four days, I have been trying to contact our Distributor viz. M/s. Kanakadurga Agencies, 5/7, Brodipet, Guntur-AP on Phones No. 0863-2231239 (a total of 9 occasions) and No.0863-2233739 ( a total of 8 occasions) besides calls made through landline several times. Always, I got NO ANSWER.

Having this experience, I approached the Dealer's representatives four times purposefully commuting nearly 5 KMs from my residence and I was given an answer that refill shall shortly be delivered at my home. Even now, this has not happened.

I do not understand. is there any rule for Distributor not to attend calls received on his phones from customers after introduction of IVRS system booking. Is there any policy that Customer should in person call on Distributor's Office to get his queries clarified? If so, please let me know so as to enable me to appear before his Office as a Culprit. Having attained senior citizen age, it may not be possible for me to repeatedly travel to Distributor's premises from my home.

My earnest requests are -- 1. Please see that refill booked is delivered at my home at the earliest and 2. advise the concerned to answer telephonic calls promptly (when questioned about non-answering of telephone, I was given a reply stating that their staff are engaged on another line. But, it is not true as simultaneously both the numbers got NO REPLY for sufficient time and I personally observed that even if Phones ringing continuously, no one is attending to the same, which means, blatantly the Dealer's staff are not answering calls).

Please do the needful and if action taken in this regard is intimated, it will be highly appreciated.
