Today I went to sree shirdi sai indane service for taking a new connection. He informed me that I have to pay around 4000 for connection. I asked him are those charges including HOT PLATE as Im aware of the charges of new connection. He replied Yes and it is mandatory to take it even though you have it. So I left the shop and searched online regarding these details and returned to his shop with proof of not required HOT PLATE. Now I am a bit angry on him, so he claimed that I have not mentioned that its compulsory. And he tried to warn me that now it takes 10 - 15 days for processing and we need to verify the address, If required you can apply it online. His words "we get margin on HOT PLATE and we need to meet our target.
As some people have knowledge of Internet services can avoid this charges by arguing with but still we may have a dout that he will delay our request. What about the other people they blindly might have been paying this charges.
