Taking extra amount during home delivery and not delivering cylinders in tome

Sir, The above said Lakshmi Kantham Indane Gas Agency in Naidupeta is charging more amount (Rs 40 - 50/- extra) during home delivery of gas cylinders.Even sometimes they are not delivering gas cylinders in time. Owner of agency him self not responding regarding frequent complaints by many customers. Maximum customers are visiting personally for delivering cylinders. In that case too they are charging extra amount without any reason. Requesting you please take action against agency. Thanking you.
