I have purchased Philips 5.1 multi media speaker dsp 2800 from infibeam.com, from day one it is not working from day one 15th march 2016, I have many time mailed and call the company but they are not taking any responsibility, & not returning the product. What to do at this situation.please advice me . I think this is not genuine product.
