CROMA AIRCONDITIONER REPAIRS

its more than 2 weeks that CROMARETAIL has taken our AC (of their own brand/make) for repairs. Even speaking with their Service Head, Mr. Farid, did not serve any purpose. Promises and more promises is all they give. At least they could have provided us with a stand by AC. We are now suffering in this sweltering heat. Can someone help us ?
