Very poor service of Onida and defective device of Onida AC Sr. No, 1345-0161

My name is Ajit G. Patade,Mobile No 9867662389 / 9987763162. I had purchased 1 ton Onida Split AC ,Model S123SMH-W/2014 ON 7 th April 2015 .
I.t,s installed on 12 th April 2015 but during first installation fan of it,s outdoor unit completely destroyed . This was not end of my trouble but it,s began . This AC is smart device but It is not able to register to Wi fi till today and It,s blinking . I had registered complaint and technician visited but no one able to register it on Wi fi till today .Then with in a month AC stopped cooling and technician find that it,s PCB board stopped working . For six days AC it,s out of work.After two trail one PCB board match and AC started But issues were not end on . Leakage of water ,blinking were remain .
Sir now again my AC stopped cooling on 3 rd April . I registered complaint on 4th April but till today on 10th April no one attended my complaint . My family suffer from hot summer .
But after calling again and again customer care representatives just providing us technician,s number and no any pick up call .
