Dear Concern,
I had paid in full Rs.84,307/- for a dinning table and six chairs from Damro Highland park on 4thJan,2020.
Within 6 months the joints of all the chairs came off and had to be repaired without even using the product for a day, since we could not move in to our new apartment due to Covid.
Again after a few days the table top started swelling and the drawers got jammed, it has been more than 45 days , since the Damro service guys have picked up the table and the same is under their observation with no remedy and the problem persists.
My apprehension is to the fact, does how on earth does a household survive without a dinning table for 45 days and who suffers the pain and inconvenience even after payment of about 84K from a reputed brand.
I have repeatedly been in touch with the Damro Representative Mr. Sayanta Sharma @ 9163624246 and now with no remedial measure, with the date of delivery yet not decided even after 45 days, i am forced to pen down the inconvenience caused.
