I had taken the education kit from Sarvshiksha solutions for my two kids for rupees 14000 and it was told that 50% amount will be refund and kids will be eligible for scholarship. I receive the pen drive and tab but both are not working and mean while organization has taken total 58422 rupees for registration of scholarship, GST on Scholarship amount, Agreement cost which all cost was refundable but not yet refund and also it was told that, kit is on 25 free trail if not required / satisfied then can return and all money can be refund not even when i confirm that kit is not required / not satisfied the amount is not getting refund. so requesting you to please help for justice and to get my amount back and strict action against such organizations or their owners.
