Hi,
I took package of rs 65000 from one cruise international company in 18th march 2018, they have committed lot of things, gym facility, banquet halls and etc etc and they told also if you are not satisfied they will refund amount but now they are not responding to calls and mails also . if they respond they are doing just timepass nothing else, i m from middle class family. i took package, thought that it will help me , but nothing happened. I search on online there are lot of complaints againts this company. Please help me to get my money back.
