Regarding Care service center . They cheated us for repair of washing machine

On 20/10/19 I called up a service centre ( name as mentioned above) as my IFB washing machine stopped working. The mechanic from this care service centre changed some parts of machine & took the part for one day with him for repair & charging 3,200 rupees. But the problem was not solved even after that. I had to again call him after one day as the machine had not working again & current comes from it. This time the mechanic refuses to come
2. I then called up to repair services for the same. The mechanic denied to come.I asked for my claim of money for which he kept on pushing it and dragging it ahead simply. I finally decided to go personally to his service centre. To my utter surprisement I discovered that such an address did not exist at all. I have attached the photos of the bills here in my complaint for your referral. I called him up several times but did not get any response from the centre at all. I was cheated and so now i want to seek the help from consumer court first before I land onto the police station to seek help.

I have tried to upload the images of the bills but it failed even after retrying.
