Withdrawal of membership, I was approached by a travel company named Club Jiva.

I visited Goa last year. There I was approached by a travel company named Club Jiva. They manipulated facts and gave false commitment and sell the membership to me .when I palmed to go for a trip I found that the cost of booking the hotel mentioned by them is one third the membership cost they have taken.
So I decided to withdraw my membership and asked to refund my membership amount. But these people talked to me very loudly and told me membership is non cancellable.
So please help me to take refund of 36000(which I have not availed)
