With due respect I hereby inform you that we have applied for varis pramaan patra of late Shama begam w/o late Asmat Kamal khan, I'm the only son of late shama begam's blood real sister. And no other . According to Revenue board of uttar pradesh act 110 , legal heir of any widow is her brother, sister and their children. Not anyone of her inlaws.
therefore It bring to your notice please order to SDM and DM to issue varis pramaan patra on behalf of me.
