Sir, I have taken Health Insurance policy for my parents since 2019 and no claim taken till 15 Jan 2022. Suddenly my father need this due to faced major heart attack but this company not give us cashless service nor our refund till date while we have so many regular follow up and no body helped me for getting my refund.

Please help Sir to refund my money.
