V mart sending fake offers and insulting the customers

On independence day we bought items worth ₹2000, at the time of billing the cashier told us abt some coupons that we can redeem after 19th august, and can buy any of the items worth ₹2000 for free... So afterwards they kept on calling and asking us to visit and get our coupons redeemed as soon as possible, so we visited and according to our needs we buyed some clothes and stuff which was worth ₹2000 or more, at the time of billing the cashier refused to redeem all the coupons and started saying something really different from what they told us on call daily, he said only one coupon can be redeemed at once only if we buy some clothes worth ₹1500 we could get ₹500 off, and on next coupon we have to buy utensils worth ₹1500 and get ₹500 off,even the msg that they sent didn't had any information about all this, they wasted our more than one hour, half or wrong information was given by them, they argued with each other too bcoz even their words didn't matched with each other, this is really insulting for any customer visiting your store with so much trust on you..
