I have booked a saree with dtdc Kaniyapuram(trivandrum)vide CN R-26288760 and made many complaints ref No. 6843774 and many many mails sent to customer care support regarding fraudulent replacement of contents of parcel with an inferior material sent from Kaniyapuram(Trivandrum) to Bangalore. Though more than one month elapsed the courier service remain deaf to the complaint and refused to respond. I have even complained to one Ms roopa ravikumar an executive of the company at Bangalore as advised but so far neither had they tried to do something or compensated the loss occured due to fraud by its employees
