...already paid 11999 rs,the snapdeal costumer exucative say shipment is lost and snapdeal refund all money in 7 to 9 workimg days. Today is 20th day but there is no any money credit in my bank account.one of the costumer exucative of snapdeal told me to sent account statement to for refund of money,but there is no any information when my money is given to me. Please help.all time snapdeal costumer exucative say that money is refunded in few days but no money is refunded.He gave me a reference numeber(7433274700370020059297)and told me contact to your bank and share the reference number,i also go to the bank and told me the reference number to bank manager but she told me there is no amount credited by snapdeal.when i call snapdeal the costumer exucative me told me send your bank statement evertime ,i sent my bank statement for configration of that my money is not credit in my bank account,everytime snapdeal costumer exucative told me that your money is credit in your accout in 24 hours but today is 20day my money is not refunded me.please help me to this type of fraud.
