Sent Damaged and Faulty Phone and Accesories, purchased Moto E4 Plus phone from Flipkart

I have purchased Moto E4 Plus phone from Flipkart at 14th OCT. 2017 and phone delivered on 17th OCT. 2017 but when I have checked back camera flashlight is not working so I have added complain on Flipkart at that time executive said that no replacement available now so only refund option is available but my phone was already in 10 days’ replacement warranty. After many complains they provide my replacement but new replaced phone is also not working and earphone is also broken. Display is totally blank then they told to visit Motorola-Lenovo service center but when I have visited service center they said we can’t not provide any help in online shopping. Then again I have contacted to Flipkart but still my phone problem is not solved after many complains every time when I add new complain they gives different timings that our concern team will call you but never I got any help call from Flipkart concern team. In Fist complain they told me that within once week you issue has been resolve so I have wait till 3rd NOV 2017 but not get any call from Flipkart then every time when I call on Flipkart helpdesk they told within 24 hours concern team will call you. I have also talked with many senior executive but same worst answer from each executive.

I am tired from Flipkart services so I have decided never buy any product from Flipkart and also suggest every person not to purchase any product from Flipkart.

Please help me to get refund or complete working condition phone with reward for all facing problems.
