Isango travel and leisure company - Travel fraud complaint. PLEASE HELP!!

Hi, I live in the Philippines, but I'm Indian. I booked a tour with Isango travel company and the have office in Gurgaon as well. I booked a dinner cruise with my family and the charged me a lot. I paid as they gave me a written voucher and called back 6 times to confirm my request. the booking was made by a girl called Aashima.
When i reached the tour in Australia, and the cruise, it was totally wrong. there was no veg food as per my request and no show. But as the boat was moving i had to wait for it to stop as we were 11 people out of which were 2 of them were 4 years old. The cruise staff was shocked to see my voucher as they informed me that the cruise did not serve vegetarian food. It took me 45 mins to sort the confusion and the tried serving some food, but as they did not have much on the boat, all of went home hungry.
Anyways I emailed Isango from the cruise itself about what happened and they said they will help me.
They never called me till a month and i kept following up.
Till one day I posted on their facebok page. Then the called me back. After that i spoke to several people in their company. Like Aashima herself, Aashi, Ramakant and this last manager Nitin. For one more month they kept me hanging saying they are investigating, but they will give my money back. And all this was phone calls so I have no trace emails.
Finally Nitin calls me saying we won't give the full money come what may. After 2 weeks of fighting i got tired and i settle for 1/3 the amount. Since then no response and when i followed up, they called back saying they can't refund till i don't take all the comments down. And again its been 2 more weeks, they are not giving my money back, neither responding to my emails. On the last call the guy Nitin said the finance manager said he can't process the refund till i don't take the comments down. And the funniest thing out of all was they booked me on a wine degustation dinner. Where the food is paired according to the wine. Why would you book my 4 year olds on a wine degustation. Are they gonna drink wine?? And Nitin dint even know what a wine degustation was. He asked me on the phone if there was a buffet? What I'm trying to say is they charge so much, called me 6 times but they did not know what they were booking me for?? They don't even know what wine degustation is. Worst they said but ma'am you sat in the boat. Oh god, I asked them, what did u want the 11 of us to jump off??

I di not over react in the boat because I thought, mistakes happen and they will return the money. We are all people from good, educated families. But such fraud and cheating, I don't know how id it even allowed. My 4 year olds went home without food. they kept apologising but the are not giving my rightful money back. And not they are threatening me to not give if i don't take the comments down.

I'm really hoping to hear back form you guys. Someone needs to stop these people. they are taking advantage of people trusting them. I paid 1375 british pounds for the dinner cruise, in Indian rupees its 120000 rupees, which i did not get. And captain cook has replied to my comment saying that they have returned 25% back to Isango. But Isango has kept my money and captain cooks money.

I please need help to solve this. I hope you guys will get back to me. Please help me find justice for this. I don't want people to go through the frustration and lies I have gone through.
