I bought a motorolla g4 plus from ebay which was working properly on the 1st day but on the mid of second day all of a sudden the sim card slots stopped working. none of the sim card slots are workig and when raised a claim on ebay for the refund within the time period of exchange they rejected the CLAIM. THEY ASKED TO GO TO THE MOTOROLLA SERVICE CENTRE AS THE PHONE WAS IN WARRANTY AND APPARENTLY THE SERVICE CENTRE DENIED TO TAKE ANY PRODUCT FROM EBAY AND LATER WHEN EBAY ASKED TO GET A LETTER FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE THE SERVICE CENTRE ALSO DENIED THE SAME. Currently i am having no phone. My money is stuck and they are denying a refund and are instead asking me to courier the phone to chennai from where they would get the phone again in working condition and send it back to me in time.ebay and the seller they both are keeping on asking me to talk to the other person and resolve the issue and yet have not come up with a proper solution to this
