I have ordered a Samsung Bluetooth and Samsung power bank worth RS 768 including shipping charges.The said items are mere toys and not delivered as per specification. It is a fraud. Such comonays network should closed and should be make to pay heavy penalties for cheating customers. I want to returns my order and want my money back.please help me.The order ID IS: ES390846
