I took place an order on 9th March, 2020 on WhatsApp. Payment was made through phonePe on dealing person's account named Paras Khurana and amount was Rs. 658/- (screenshot attached).

After that when I did a text to get an update he is not responding even his contact no. Is switched off. On WhatsApp he is ignoring messages even phone calls are not answered.
