Received a call asking for ATM card details

I received a call today from this number +91 9647093891 saying my debit card was blocked for some reason and that he would unblock it after I give the 16 digit number on the card. I'm from a non hindi speaking area and initially got scared that I dropped my card somewhere and then he explained me in broken english that I have to give him the 16 digit number. I cut the call immediately. Some innocent people might fall prey for such incidents. I would request you to do something about this.
