My name is rohit gupta and by profession I am a consultant running the business as gupta communication. I want to file a complain against quikr.com. I had taken a premium ad on quikr.com on dated 20 th of may 2016 for job pupose from quikr.com.next day on Saturday a women named as kavita from quikr.com called me and told me sir we have great package of 10 ads on quikr we can do at rs 1850 and immediately after convincing she gave me a link of online payment at guptacommunicationservices@gmail.com for rs 1850.i paid the amount. after getting the invoice it was written that this ad package is valid for only job pupose and for 30 days but they convienced me for 120 days and without intimating that this ad is only for job purpose. my account tiill now not activated I called them I don’t need only for job purpose and only for 30 days please cancel my subscription and refund my money because I have not activated the ads package.i mailed several to support,premium ad support and different personal in quikr department from where I have got the payment and process mail. another a muslim candidate mr amir from quikr called me and playing with excuses. he told me neither we will refund your money nor we can give you give others category of advertisement premium ads. i warned him that I will file a complaint against you and quikr.com in Indian consumer court he told you can see by doing. sir first of all they have make me fool and taken my rs 1850 and told me that this amount will be in our quikr account. sir this is total 420 from them so I request you please some serious action and make refund of my money.
