Placement company Perfect Guidance cheated, placed my CV in various online job sites

I am a doctor. I placed my CV in various online job sites. On 25.7.16 I received a call from 'Perfect Guidance' placement company relating job. On 26.7.16 they again called me and promised me for a job if I pay online money to them. I payed total Rs.17819 at www.perfectguidance.org
But from next day they are not receiving my calls. their website was closed and they switched off their mobile.
I am sure it's a cyber crime.
Pls do the needful.

    I got a call from perfect guidance team. His name was Jhonson .He offer me a job and i paid Rs.17000 for that. This is a cyber crime. Now they told there website is under maitenance but it is Shut down and they also promised me i will get my cash back after 15 days. This comming 14th is 15 th day and i'm waiting for that..
