I Have purchase/Placed an Order of mobile REDMI 3S Prime 32 GB Gold Color, with Exchange Offer on dated 22nd December-2016 and full paid of Rs-4399- after exchange scheme Amount paid via PAYTM Online service from my Registered Mobile no-9911191916 to his Company registered mobile no-8285281232 on dated 22-12-2016 vide PAYTM transaction ID NO-4799656025, but till date I have not received my product from the company, and even after so many calls and reminder mail sent to company but there is no reply from shopping4Cart side. Please, I requested you please check the site www.shopping4cart.com and Paytm transaction of (8285281232) this mobile number and check the identity of fraud cheaters which contact me from landline number +911204114655 and punish him. Now I want my money back.this company still working & continuing cheating & fraud with the innocents people`s. Also am lodged Police complaint Yesterday Complaint No-DD No.43B, Dated- 08/01/2017. Sagar Pur Police Station, New Delhi-110046.The relevant proof of documents attached with my complaint. 1.copy of Reminder mails
2.Transaction Authorization Letter/cum order placed copy received from shopping4catr site.
3.Copy of Police Complaint.
