Balance decution from Paytm Wallet

I transferred balance to Paytm wallet from my ICICI bank account on dated-08th Dec 2016 and it was successfully transferred to paytm wallet when I logged on to paytm site.
I logged on to paytm site on dated 16th Dec 2016 and found that paytm wallet is showing balance of rs.0/-
I checked paytm passbook and didn't find any such transaction happened during that period. I registered several complaint to paytm email address but I haven't got any positive feedback except two ticket numbers 14995498 & 14203104. I am surprised that paytm is not responding to any uesr properly besides I think that paytm is not a secure zone where we can save our card details if paytm wallet can be zero automatically without user notification then our card details may also be compromised.
