I paid my MTNL Broadband bill by PayTm on October 29, 2016 06:37PM

The order status was shown as successful but it's almost 3 days now and MTNL internet provider hasn't received any payment.
PayTm conditions mention a maximum 48 hours for a customer to wait for confirmation.
MTNL has levied late surcharges since last date of payment was Oct 29 and can probably disconnect my internet service at any moment.
I have sent several complaint mails to PayTm Care but they aren't even replying after a few mails. Either there's no contact number to reach out to their nodal office or main office or not picking up calls intentionally.
They have duped me of Rs. 757 and not even replying.
I want to claim Rs. 757+20 (surcharge) the whole amount I'm bound to pay.
