Complaint about Reliance Telecom plan mismatch

I'd received information abt porting of number and change into rgsmartlife499 plan in which following benefits were given:

Convert Your mobile no into Reliance & get Free Unlimited R-R (L/S), 1500 Min(L/S) to any Network, 10 GB Unlimited 3G Data, 200 SMS(L/S) @ 499 Call: 9069140775

On calling id received call from reliance and ported my 2 nos of idea

In reliance and activated on 28/9/16

But instead of above plan they activated rgsmart499 in which calling minutes were 2000 and data is only 1 gb

On calling they told that plan could not be changed......too much frustration as this is a case of total fraud
