I found this Instagram account selling phone's skins. It has around 22k followers so i thought it should be a genuine account. I talked with the person on instagram & paid him 549 rs through paytm on 10th October. He had told me to expect delivery in 4-5 days. After 2 days i contacted him through Instagram messages & whatsapp but. He didn't reply. From this last friday i am trying to contact him but he is not answering my calls or messages.
