Dear Sir/Mam,

I am not satisfied paytm service and remove/delete the paytm account because paytm service to being fraud transaction in other account and paytm service is very bad, fruad person is not going caught by paytm,

Please track to below transaction id:

ECOM 701617912127 ONE 97 COMMUNICATIONS\PAYTM. and one fraud call mobile no.843652584

Rs.9999/-amount debited from my account on date 16/01/2017 through debit card in a/c ECOM 701617912127 ONE 97 COMMUNICATIONS\PAYTM. and one fraud call mobile no.8436525846 came on my mobile no.8130913214 and he was saying that i am speaking to indian oil corporation/paytm deptt. and he told me that give the debit card number and refund extra payment in your account which has already extra amount cut in time of booking in indian oil corporation but i received the message from bank your a/c debited of Rs.9999/-, and i confirmed to bank manager Branch but they are not replying to me through transaction e commerce site/paytm,

So i requested you to please check at your end fraud transaction where happened is.
