Not cancelled my membership and my not refund

Sir/madam I purchased membership no CJ/LS/B/B1035 on dated 11.01.2019. When I was touring in goa. Same day my father in low hospitalized in dehradun. I call representative of clubjiva to cancel my membership. But he told me that the membership is non Cacelleble and non refundable. At time of purchasing he not told me this. Sir please help me to cancel my membership and return my payment.
