Dear Sir,
We have relocated from Noida to Kashipur and taken the paid relocation services from Videocon D2H.
After Relocation they agreed on free installation within one month. They sent their person and he installed the dish by using lower quality material that dish was get out from the wall and dropped on the floor in 12 hours.
After complaining they asked me for money to reinstall them and even not registered any complaint against the agent. I had no choice left but to pay.
After that they have debited Rs. 50 from my recharge by saying we paid less relocation amount for their services.
From that day i am calling them but still no resolution has been done from their side.
I request you to please look into the matter and help me to resolve the issue.
