Money Refund : not paying, I was getting Drain Error, but technician took my mother board charged

I was getting Drain Error, but technician took my mother board charged me 3500 for some power issue, but again after 2-3 days same error occurred. I told him that it was not power error but he misguided me and charged me wrong for some other issue. Again when error re-occurred i called same technician he told its a drain error not power error. He charged again for drain error and now even he is saying that he also don't know why company charged me for power error. Now company is not picking my phone and not giving me proper justification why they charged me 3500 instead of 300 RS. They are not giving me GST bill also. though I have asked them multiple times.
