Misguiding on fees and refund complaint against careerbooming.com

I am also in same situation as mentioned at https://www.jagograhakjago.co.in/online-fraud-complaint/misguiding-on-fees-and-refund-complaint-against-ejobpoint-com_i33089 expect that I have paid around 97,000 (Probably my brain was not working :-( ). Please see the below details. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have registered on careerbooming.com website after I have got a call saying I would start gtting job alerts and would be recommended for 3 jobs in hand. I have paid around 3000 for the registration. After I did my registration I was asked to make another payment in the name of "Verification Process", This was not at all informed to me that there will be or might be another step of payment, during the initial discussion. I was reluctant to pay the amount and later got phone from the HR manager of the company(Siddarth--99902 95047), After long discussion,some how I believed them and paid nearly 30,000 for verification process. He said my application will be processed in 30 days. I did not get any call within 30 days and did not get any further notification/reply from careerbooming.com and they were not even replying when I post a complaint in their website. some how I have got connected to Siddarth who proclaims himself as HR manager of the company.I have asked for the refund as they could not provide the service as mentioned in their refund policy (https://www.careerbooming.com/cancellation-refund-policy/). But he said I won't get my money back as the process has started and will take 15 more days and I need to pay money for some other verification process. To make the long story short, I have paid total 97,000 rupees hoping that I would get a job in hyderabad as it is my drearm to get job in that city which is near to my place. I have been doing a job with decent salary in Pune , I have fall for "opportunity in hyderbad" and Siddarth's decency. I have started this proess 2 months back and even did not get a single job alert/call from any company until now and I wexed up with career.com personnel and thier worst service. I have few doubts now...Please help me to get clarified about them. 1. 97,000 is not a small amount, not even for an IT employee. I have realized they won't refund my money if I ask politly even my case comes under their refund policy How can I get my money refunded ? (They have sent me recipts for some amount but not for the entire money I have paid) 2. I want to create awareness about these kind of frauds as too many unemployed poor people may fall for this and it will destory their lives. what is the best way to spread a word about this? 3. Even though they are fooling people and getting complaints, still they are maintianing thier website and stealing money from people without any fear. Can I do some thing about this !!! I have lost too much money and mental peace, I hope this post my help some one to not get into these kind of frauds. Please ignore the calls from 99902 95047 and any unknown number which ask you to register by paying some money.
