I moved into a rental place through nestaway. They lied that everything in the house works fine. I specifically asked about AC and they said yes. But it didn't. They have a window of 7 days to fix things and the tenant doesn't have to pay but they tricked me by saying the ticket for the complain is not in right category and made me raise it again n again and now since the time has passed they are asking for money. The local area manager doesn't listen. I have tried complaining using customer care but the trick with it is the number has a few option press "1" if you are tenant and "2" if you are owner, the option "1" never connects you to a line but try "2" it does and they won't listen to a a tenant. it is a fraud company. the move you to the damaged house, charge you hefty and then you pay for damage goods.
