मैंने मई 2016 में अपना नंबर 8527324979 पोर्ट करवाया था। जिसके लिए मैन idea के प्रतिनिधि को अपने डॉक्यूमेंट दिए थे । में अपने मोबाइल का बिल तब से लेकर अब तक नियमित रूप से भुकतान कर रहा हूँ। लिकेन 26 सितम्बर को idea ने बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के मेरे नंबर कि सेवाएं बंद कर दी। बाद मेरे द्वारा पूछताछ करने पर बताया गया कि आपके दूसरे नंबर का बिल बकाया है जब तक उसका भुकतान नही किया जाएगा आपकी सेवाये पुनः सुरु नही की जाएंगी। मैन कभी भी किसी दूसरे नंबर के लिए idea में अप्पलाय नही किया ना ही मैं कोई अन्ये पोस्ट पेड नंबर यूज़ कर रहा हूँ। अधिक पूछ ताछ करने पर मालूम पड़ा कि मई 2016 में ही उन्ही document को प्रयोग कर फर्ज़ी तरीके से नंबर जारी कर प्रयोग किया गया था जिसके बारे में मुझे कभी भी कोई जानकारी नही दी गयी। मेरे बार बार आग्रह करने के बावजूद भी आईडिया मेरे नंबर की सेवाए सुरु नही कर रहा हैं। मेरे पोस्ट पेड नबर जो मैं तीन साल से प्रयोग कर रहा हूँ अचानक से बंद कर देने से मुझे अत्यधिक परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा हैं।
