They have taken my money and product is delivered to somebody else.

I have ordered from flipkart on 7th oct 2019 of which Order ID - OD116741451685928000 for 863 rs.
They marked the product delivered on 11 th oct and i have not recieved any call from delivery exceutive or neither the product is delivered to me.
After that immediately i register a complaint of flipkart they ask me to wait for 2 days,
Then they said it will take time of 4 day u will definitely get resolution,then their executive called me and saying sir u dont have any other option to wait till we get any resolution,i said if you are unable to find any resolution give my money back but they refused ubtill they get any resolution for thisafter that they ask for 24 hours,likewise they keep on asking momto wait for 24 to 48 hours but still i am not getting any result for this.
They are doing fraud by generating wrong shipments and taking customers money.
I have to call to their executives everyday for status updates for which i have to waste 4 hours daily and Also my studies are being affected of Ca -finals.I got too irritated and there is also mental tortured done by flipkart executives by saying wrong statements to me and false commitments.
I request to please provide me compensation for this suffering as i suffered alot just because of their mistake.
I believe in the system and it will definitely bring resolution as earkiest as possible.
