membership taken for 5 years not availed a single holiday

I paid Rs. 1,20,000 to become a member for 5 years.

Since then, I called up several times and also sent so many emails, but there's no revert from them.
They all are cheaters and liars. After that I visited their Andheri office twice, they again promised but didn't deliver anything yet. I asked them to cancel my membership and refund the amount as they are not providing any service to me. But, they denied.

I request you to please help me in getting my money back.
