Refund of money for false commitment of job placement.

CPPuneCity @PuneCityPolice @PCcityPolice One of the fraud placement is runned by one interview manager name suffiya( 7218795105) in akurdi chichwad pcmc ( company name technohub office no.32 and 33 in tapaswee compound )kalbhor nagar chinchwad area Pune.
this placement on the name of providing guaranteed jobs in week in this type of pandemic situation where we lost our jobs they promised for a 100% job guarantee in mnc companies with 30% hike too...this also false promises they did and took money from me as earliest deposit..



after my further communication with them as they failed to respond for job i requested them to return my money back firstly they denied...after my continuous arguments on calls msges and i said that i will file a police complaint then they agreed to return money on the condition that after 3 months...
is this the law rule?
they are making their own law own rules?
not returning money in this type of situation where we are suffering due to loss of job and mentally harasment and deep stress..

though the amount may b smal to all but for us its makes a huge difference... please I request to chinchwad police to look into my matter and help me in returning my money..
