Hello,
Agent Raj Purohit has been cheating people by faking Ads of MHADA house at various location and has been asking people to register and pay an amount of 3680Rs. Or maybe more to get the token id. He provides the Paytm payment mode option and asks users to pay for token I'd. Also, he forces people to do double registeration in ladies/caste quota to double the chances of winning the MHADA lottery. Kindly Be aware of such graduates. Dear Government, it would be more easier for you to track such fraudsters with below available details. Please make use of your powers and get such fraudsters arrested. There is a lot of money being frauded by these people.

    He is very fake person..fake bar code, fake housing I'd, and fake account ...don't know how this person doing this kind of froud with commen people.

    Dear All,

    This person is again advertising for a MHADA lottery for some flats at Dadar around Ruby mills area. When asked for the exact location, he is unable to share the same. However, kindly advise if any action was taken against him in the past. As one of my friend has already invested around 14K for 3flats and he has shared the EMD nbrs as well. I am unable to get hold of anyone in Mhada who can confirm if the EMDs are genuine.
    Flat ads were posted on Housing.com. We even tried to visit the location as per what he has shared, but unable to find that building.
    Appreciate if anyone can assist or advise on the same on urgent basis.
