I had booked NA Plots in VMC Vihang City project in 2012.In 2017 I found something suspicious about the staff of VMC so I cancelled my plot booking and filed for refund in Jun 2017 because every now and then the staff get completely change I have no one to talk as the new staff denies of every claim their old staff made regarding registry of plots.The last time I visited their main office at Thane in sept 2018 I met Mr Suryakant Kadam who was head of that of that office and he clearly denied of any refund from VMC as I showed him the cancellation slip issued by VMC to me in JUN 2017 instead he promised me that the registry of my plots will be done in the year 2020. In 2020 I visited the office many time between Jan to Mar but I never found Mr Suryakant Kadam in the office when I called him he told me that he had left the company and started his own company elsewhere hence denied answering to my querries.Now not only my money is stuck in VMC but also no guarantee of any registry of plots as no one is attending any calls or correspondence.
