Garments purchased from Chittaurgarh are fake

We have purchased garments worth rs 15000 from The padmavati handloom, near Vijay stambh parking, fort Chittaurgarh on 12/2/2022. However while purchasing they said after washing sarees in alum water it will give fragrance of chandan with a guarantee of 4 years however after coming back home we washed and there was no fragrance and also we had bought a blanket of so called ayurvedic effects however within use of 5 days the colour started fading and the cloth used were so low quality that it started to year off. Though they are giving replacement however I don't trust there quality anymore they are fooling people in the pretext of government organisation. This cheating needs to be stoped
