Refund not reflected in the bank account due to closure of account m

Refund of 606 z coins was done, but wanted it transfered in bank account. Due to closure of account didn't receive money back. They say refund has been completed , which is not possible as account doesn't exist. I even submitted all the details -bank closure statement, declaration form from bank, still no solution. All they say is wait 72 working hours, no one responds to emails or calls back. Very poor customer service
